1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
– It must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
– The item must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
– You must request a return within 5 working days of the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:
– Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
– Any item that has been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.
2. Return Process
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

2. Provide Details: Include your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.
3. Ship the Item: Once approved, ship the item back to us at the address we provide. The shipping cost for returning the product will be your responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Return Shipping:
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Scar india is not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3. Exchange Policy
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
– The item must meet all the conditions of our return policy.
– You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is out of stock, we will offer you the option to receive store credit or a refund.
4. Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:
– The item meets the eligibility criteria for returns.
– The return is processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
How Refunds Are Processed:
– Original Payment Method: Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, etc.).
– Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs. To expedite the process, please provide photos of the damaged item and your order details.
